Overpainted, drawn, altered, defaced and marked images. When a photograph is marked, it becomes an item, a physical thing and not just an image. It is now unique.

I'm fascinated by the reason behind the markings, whether flippant, angry or loving. It creates a deeper story, it becomes about relationships with people in the real world to those on the paper.
